Sweden: Free Shipping. EU: 9 EUR International: 14 EUR Delivery is normally made within 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a delivery notification via email with a shipment ID, allowing you to track the delivery. Deliveries are made through Varubrev.
You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or invoice. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed upon with your order, you can cancel any remaining order by notifying customer service at telephone number 0290-76 76 80 or by emailing kund@sdist.se.
You have a full right of withdrawal within 14 days from receiving the product. For unused products in new condition, a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping will be made promptly once we have received the returned product. The refund will be made within 14 days after we receive the notification of withdrawal, provided that the return has been received. If the item is damaged upon receipt, it is considered a complaint (see the section on complaints below). You cannot invoke the right of withdrawal for a product that has already been used. If your return weighs more than 2 kilograms, you need to contact customer service before returning it. You do not need to specify the reason for your withdrawal, but include a note stating that you are canceling your purchase. Please note that you are always responsible for packaging the goods in a way that prevents damage during delivery. Goods damaged upon arrival due to inadequate packaging will be charged to you. Returns must not be subject to collection fees, such as cash on delivery. If a return within the right of withdrawal is sent by letter and weighs less than 2 kg and is not returned as a postal package, you do not need to contact customer service before returning it. If you have received an incorrect or defective item, you should always contact customer service at our logistics partner, Stardist, as soon as the error is discovered. Returns of defective items are always made at our expense, but require you to contact us before returning them. Some defective items need to be returned and labeled with a return number - contact customer service to see if this applies to your return. Returns must not be subject to collection fees, such as cash on delivery. A defective item will be replaced with a new flawless item whenever possible. Please note that visible transport damages must be reported to customer service within 8 days.
For unclaimed letters or packages, we reserve the right to charge you for the return shipping, handling fee, and administration fee, currently 12 EUR.
To shop with us, you must fill in all mandatory fields during customer registration. Placing an order means that you consent to your name and social security number being registered in our customer register. All personal data you provide to us will be processed by our logistics partner, Stardist AB, as the data controller. The information will be used for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations to you when making a purchase and conducting credit checks. We never disclose your information to third parties.
We reserve the right for any (digital) printing errors and outgoing products.
